I had seen this location on Google Earth, but was unsure how to get to it. Luckily we bumped into the friendly farmer who owns the land that you have to pass through and he gave us directions and told us we should definitely check it out since we were out filming.
So apparently this castle was built in 1207 (having serious trouble rewinding my mind back to that time!) and there is a legend of this lake that it is haunted by an enchanted woman and whoever saw her, soon died.
Luckily she wasn’t around and she doesn’t feature in any of the time-lapses of the lake that we got.Three Castle Head, West Cork, Ireland

Overlooking the west side of Garretstown Beach shortly after sunset. This beach is rather popular with surfers, and there were a few out there even though it was a really cold evening.
